1,000 Reps

There is not much another 1,000 reps can't fix. Want to raise your free throw percentage, improve your serve receive in tennis or volleyball, or hit a curve ball - 1,000 reps can help with all of these. 

There is a lot of talk about quality reps — and they matter — but quantity can’t be ignored. It is a lot easier to do something the 1,000th time than the 5th time - Confidence is higher, execution is better, and results are improved.

Quality must be high to do it right, but Quantity must be high to do it well, consistently, and confidently in a game situation. You need to put in the time to get the necessary the reps to improve.
