How much do you really practice?

You think you practice hard.

But be honest—how much do you really practice?

You shoot around outside a couple times a week when the weather’s nice.
You show up to the mandatory weight-lifting sessions.

That’s good—but if you actually want to improve, that’s not enough.
That’s maintenance.

Here are two truths about solo practice:

  1. Most athletes struggle to find motivation to practice.

  2. But you don’t need to practice all day to get better.

For younger athletes, just 20 minutes a day adds up to 120 hours a year.
For older athletes, one focused hour a day—instead of swiping on your phone—adds up to 365 hours a year.

That’s more quality touches.
That’s the equivalent of an extra season’s worth of reps.

That’s the difference between staying the same and getting better.
Between hoping for improvement and earning it.

That’s the entire secret.

Most won’t do it. They’ll read this, nod, feel motivated for 48 hours—then drift right back to average.

Commitment to a plan will make the difference.
